Tea Time

Imagen
Follow my blog with bloglovin Iba a empezar a escribir, pero me he dado cuenta de que no sonaba bien del todo... así que... Well dear friends, Tea is one of those things that has made its way through my daily routine these last years. I don't like coffee, I've never have. And I stopped liking milk somewhere along high school. So it was hard for me to choose a proper breakfast. Specially in Winter. I tried tea, but it was too bitter for my liking. It was during the first years of Uni that I started to get used to it. First, only red tea, then some fruity variants. In 2005, I spent one month in London... I discovered Twinings in all its glorious splendor. From that day on I found my ideal breakfast. But I didn't dare to pour some milk on it yet. It was in 2007, when I started my Erasmus in Glasgow that I let myself be swept away by my flatmates' habits. And so I tried it. First I did it with a spoon. Later on, I didn't care that much on measures. And since then I'...

She's Leaving Home

Hey! I love how inconsistent I am. Anyway, as in my last post I just finished my exams, June ones this time, and very satisfied also with the results. I'll have 2 or 3 more exams on September, though. But I'll do them with my best smile upon my face because when I finish, I'll start my next year in Glasgow!!! You cannot imagine how excited I feel about it. I'm half thrilled and half terrified. We'll see how it goes. As for the rest of things... life goes on as usual, nothing new. Except my room, due to our dear neighbours we had to change all our house ¬¬ But I quite like my new room. Oh, this last weekend I went to London to see Muse live! (yes, again). I know I have to save money for my year abroad, I know I'm crazy. But I've been studying non-stop for about a month, and I was tired, and I wanted to meet those friends I cannot meet normally (damn internet!). And I don't regret it at all! It was my best gig ever! From now on I'll save all my earning...

I know what I did last Summer

So, here we are, swimming through notes and notes and notes... Writing, reading, searching... This is not how student's life was supposed to be! XD But from time to time I take breaks (maybe too many, or too long ones) and yesterday I found my London blog! I spent 1 month there last summer with two friends and we wrote a kind of diary, and when I got back I put it all into a blog. But I realized there are some days left, so I'm refreshing it and posting some pics as well (a year later, well done you lazy!). I shouldn't read it, I begin to remember the great time I had there and makes me want to come back. This summer I won't be able to go anywhere, but there's still the hope of the Erasmus next year (Glasgow perhaps? ). Well, we'll see.

A Hard Day's Night

Aish. De vuelta tenía a mi lado a un señor mu amable que ha respondido maravillosamente a mi: "Excuse me, could you keep an eye on my...?" Paseo lar...

I'm Back! I'm Back!

Bueno 3 semanas en Londres, not too bad actually. I will miss the London underground con sus gaps "between the train and the platform", Portobello Market los sábados y Camden Market los domingos, el Hostel y the most of its habitantes, entre los cuales cabria destacar a nuestros room-mates Matt, ...
