I spent Christmas in Zaragoza. And even though it is usually a few days, and very busy days, I always like to make something for the family. For Christmas Day I decided to do some cake. I chose apple and cinnamon cake with cinnamon cheessecream frosting. I searched through my mum’s baking pans, and I thought this one would be perfect for both amount and date.
